Artwork Information: There is no logo set up charge. Quality engraving requires art work in pure black and white format with no gray scales or half tones. For file format we use Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator (.cdr, .ai and .eps). Please make sure that all art files have a resolution of 300 dpi, (no 75 dpi images from the web) with 1/2 point type and 1 point graphics in a font size no less than 10 point. Personalization/copy/text changes: Any change in text from piece to piece is $10.00(P). Whether you change all the words or one word and it is still a $10.00(P) charge. Additional locations engraving: For each additional location, add $10.00 (P) per location per piece. Laser Engraving for wood bases only: Laser engraving is available on wood bases at $24.00 (P) each, in addition to the cost of the base.
Layout proofs: Proofs can be emailed per customer’s request at a cost of $24.00 (P) per transmission. Prompt approval is required to avoid delayed ship dates. Production and turnaround is 8-10 business days, depending on availability. For orders in excess of 100 pieces, please call customer service at (603) 447-1900 for more information.
Rush Orders: For orders needed sooner than 8-10 business days, a rush charge fee applies. For orders under $150.00, the rush charge is $80.00 (p). For orders over $150.00, the rush charge is 25% of the entire order. To order email us at info@glassgraphics.com
Packaging: AAll items are packaged in bulk unless otherwise specified. White gift boxes are available for $5.00 (P) each in addition to the cost of the product.
Drop Shipping: Drop shipments to more than one location will incur an extra charge of $10.00 (P) per additional location.
Shipping Cost Estimates: We are unable to provide shipping cost estimates prior to shipping due to the box size, packing materials, and other variables.
Damage Claims: Reports of product arriving damaged must be called in to customer service within 5 days of receipt of product. All packaging material must be held at the point of delivery for possible inspection by carrier. Do not reship broken glass back to us or any other party. (Packaging material includes the shipping carton, exterior packaging material, inner boxing and contents, including broken glass.) You must send us a photo of the damaged item before we can process your claim.
